	The system consists of six main databases for the Incoming, Outgoing and Conference directions of a travel companies. Each of them being able to function independently and to interact with each other, together providing a complex solution for full-value activities of a travel companies. The complex contains the following databases:      Contacts      Correspondence      Sales      Invoices      Catalogue      Package templates Apart from the main databases for data storage and processing, in the system communicative units can be created for connection of the main databases with external systems as Amadeus and bookkeeping programs. 	This software product is designed to provide quick and efficient way of accommodating and registering of members that take part in conferences, meetings, seminars, etc. and includes the following features:      registering participants via Internet directly from office      registering members of more than one conference at the same time      hotel and room reservations for all participants      contact all participants by e-mail or fax and storing all the correspondence in the data base
